The Tari Shattuck Education Foundation is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable purposes. The foundation seeks to support requests which:

• fund activities, projects and organizations that foster excellence in teaching and learning in the area public schools, 

• have a long-term impact on learning and

• are developed by teachers.
